Shipping

I use Royal Mail for all my postage and shipping. I charge you, the customer, what Royal Mail Charges me, I do not charge for packaging, nor do I make any profit on P&P. 

UK Customers

I offer FREE P&P for all my UK customers on orders over £20. This is sent via Royal Mail Tracked 48.

Orders over £150 will be upgraded to Royal Mail Special Delivery.

Tracking and Lost Packages

If you have the option to track your package for a small upgrade fee- do it! No one like yarn that's gone wandering off. 

If your yarn does go missing in transit, I'm sorry, I cannot replace or refund it.

Refunds and Returns

When your yarn arrives at your home, I truly hope you love it and it settles in amongst your stash.

If for any reason, the yarn is incorrect or is damaged, please get in touch with me as soon as possible using the Contact button.

If for some reason, you feel the need to to return your yarn to me, to be adopted by another loving owner, and would like a refund, please Contact me and arrange to return it to me, in its original condition, within 14 days of receiving it. You must return it via tracked postage and obtain proof of posting, and this is your cost, please and thank you.
